I have a suggestion for this site, together.jolla.com. Web links in questions/answers/comments could open in a new browser window by default. For me, personally, when I look for some information and read posts I want to check given links and switch back to the site and then switch to another opened link etc. Of course it is possible to right-click and select "Open in new window", but I think this would be a useful feature for the site.

Please no! What should I do if I don't want to open it in a new window? Instead use right click or hold down the corresponding key (see my answer) while clicking.

You may be right. Perhaps it better for everyone to choose. Generally, I prefer links in new windows on whichever site I visit, but this is of course highly subjective.

For open in a new window/tab you can hold ctrl (in windows) or cmd (in mac) when clicking the link. I've tested this in IE, Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

I haven't even noticed those shortcuts before. Thanks for the tips!
