Work with applications maps on locked screen

Hello!
Maybe should think about the possibility of working with applications such as maps(sailfish-maps,modrana) on the lock screen?
For example, I run the application maps(sailfish-maps,modrana) and walk on a city, but 5 minutes later automatic locked screen. And I need to see how to get somewhere and I have to input the PIN code to do this, it is not very comfortable especially on the go and in public places.
It would be nice, so I turned on the screen and immediately get access to the running pre-application maps(sailfish-maps,modrana).
More general: Some users want to have the last used app after unlocking. There was a "bug" in older versions of sailfish OS that achieved exactly what you want. But it's been "fixed". :(
I'm quite sure there already is a feature request for this, meaning being able to see the last active app after unlocking. I just can't find it ATM.
