We all know what situation Jolla is ATM and root cause is they are running out of money and "round of financing, which was supposed to expire in November" has been postponed...
What if Jolla goes one extra step further and - beside regular big boy investors, funds, whatnot - involve us, backers and offer possibility to buy into the company?
They can start a new crowdfunding campaign but the perks would be 'shares' in Jolla itself now... Let's make the first crowdsourced company and share in success together.

Won't happen because of (1) legal hurdles (2) other investors will oppose it (it is easier to manage a few experienced investors than 1000's of investors anyone of whom can take you to court).
