Actual state of 2nd tablet batch [not relevant]

Is there any information about how far the production of the 2nd batch is completed? Did the production already start and now just stopped or didn't they start at all?
If they did start, couldn't they ship the existing devices since the costumer pays for shipment anyway? Even if it would cost a few bucks more for whatever reason. I think, many people would pay it.
So let's hope Jolla survives these hard times! [Insert obligatory nautical metaphor].
EDIT: Shopping cost was part of the IGG campaign (Thanks michel). But I would personally pay again to get my hands on a tablet.

shipping was part of the igg campaign and only VAT remains to be paid. But if the tablets really are ready to be shipped i guess many would pay for it again.
