I've noticed you're going bankrupt (I had a startup before and I know how it goes). I backed the tablet on the first batch and didn't get any news about it being shipped and I've read that some people already got theirs. I just want to know if I should still expect to receive my tablet or a refund anytime soon. Thank you.

anyway, if we admit that jolla go into bankrupt. what do you want to do with a device which then never be updated? you could try to port with an other os, but i'll wish you have fun on it.

no really!!! is your interest jut limited on the tablet? you can't see how my head is nodding from right to left...

According to Antti, current CEO of Jolla, you will get your tablet if Jolla is able to close on the next round of financing in December (see https://blog.jolla.com/open-letter-jolla-community/). Antti did not share his plans for Jolla should this not happen, however since Jolla already applied for debt re-structuring (i.e. defaulting) Tablet backers may be at risk to lose their money. Unfortunately this risk is inherent to crowd funding.

Should everything work out and you receive your tablet then you will have the option of giving it back to Jolla to get your money back via the usual Jolla care channels.

You would get it or your money back IF jolla can pay for the tablets or get enough money for paying us back.

But I would not expect that we get anything back! For now it seems that the TRY to get fresh money. Maybe this will happen or not. And the first things they have to do with the fresh money - if there will be some - is to pay FIRST the taxes and assurances and other official organisations of the finnish state.

All statements of jolla the last months are anytime "may-try-perhaps-would"

Think of the money as lost and realize that

Anything better than this then would be a big positive surprise
