Requirement for english titles on store apps. [duplicate]

While i appreciate that we are getting app contributors from non english speaking parts of the globe app titles should be in english (lettering) IMO. Not the content not the data the app uses or whatever but at least the title and maybe the app description should be.

Discuss.

What's the point? If an application has a Chinese title, I am 100% sure I'm not part of the target audience. If you can't read scripts other than Latin, learn to read them.

@ossi1967 If an app's title is chinese,it means this app can only be suitable for Chinese people.I think.
