If there is only one track in an album and I delete it in the media player (long-hold delete, when viewing songs in that album) it just reappears immediately. Deleting other songs works fine.

Deleting the song from the All Songs view works, but the album remains (now empty) so the database is not properly updated really in this case either, but the file is gone at least. (After running the tracker and restarting the player the album was gone. Maybe it would have been enough to just restart the player because I did not try that.)

I couldn't replicate this. I found an album with 4 track, deleted 3 of the tracks via File Browser. Opened mediaplayer, went to album view, found the album and deleted the only remaining track and looked right away for the album cover, it's gone, both track and cover are gone. (Saimaa 2.0.0.10).

I tested this again, twice, with some random mp3s and could not reproduce. I had two albums earlier today, both with one remaining song that I had failed to delete, and repeated attempts did not help to delete either of them. Must have been something about those albums that is not true for the files I tested with now. Please ignore/close this until I can figure out what made them different.

The cover remained until I restarted the media player though, both times, even with my test album.

No worries @pellen, you can close the post yourself if you wish. :)
