Unresponsive and rapid blue led after critical error in app registery
What happened:
I was browsing TJC using WebPirate. I wanted to try a command, so opened settings. When I clicked "Developer mode" the screen went black and the UI restarted (no led). Lock code input freezed and a notification came up saying "critical problem in app registery". Then the screen went black, (some sort of light) blue led started blinking very rapidly and the phone became completely unresponsive. I had to take out the battery. After inserting the battery I performed a normal boot. Twitter feed was gone from the events view and weather had forgot the location. I opened Utilities and performed an app registry rebuild. Now the phone seems to work normally and Twitter feed is back, however Weather still asks for location.
I'd like to know what that led blinking meant and why my phone became unstable. Is there any other way to know my OS is in an OK state other than factory reset?
Developer mode was on, I was going to set ssh password. Btrfs says allocation is at 30%

One thing I have learned - NEVER EVER yield to temptation and rebuild the registry through Sailfish Utilities, it will cause even more problems. Just reboot the phone and carry on.
I do not know anything about Twitter feeds as I have never used any but the loss of all weather locations and most but not always all Warehouse repositories is a normal side effect.
