problems connecting to the web through an extender

i have two wireless connections at home...one is the original one and the other is the same connection but coming from an extender to have signal spreaded all over the house...now when i connect to the extender i cannot do nothing, just connect but i can't surf the web, connect to whatsup and so on. This while i don't have any problems with the original connection and i didn't have any problems at all with my older windows phone...is this a bug or there is something wrong with my configuration? (even through i don't think so?)
It is your connector. I use three connectors, no problems at all.
