After unlock the last active app. [duplicate]

So, yesterday we watched a film and I use my Jolla phone as remote controller. Long ago I used my N9 the same... The other good example the shopping list in a supermarket. These things were faster with N9...
The point is while at the N9 I just unlock the screen and if I saw the app before the screen is locked I got the same screen after unlock, but at the Jolla I always got the home screen.
Is there any solution for this in the form of a patch or any other way? I thinking, for example would be good if possible to integrate into (coderus's) Powermenu2 this function maybe? I hope there is a solution.
