Hello, I can't get a connection with the Dutch T-Mobile network. I have the Jolla with Sailfish 2 on it. I did: Setting; Connectivity; Mobile network; Network mode (tried al three possibilitys (Prefer 4G, Prefer 3G and 2G only)). Select network automatically is hilighted, and keeps on searching until the message: Oops, no network found.

The sim card can be unlocked, and the data on the sim card (contacts) I can use. Wifi works, whatsapp works

What am I missing?

Hi Jan, I also use the Dutch T-mobile, and no problems over here. Working out of the box. I have a sim-only account.

Since we are talking T-mobile here: do you have any other phones and if so, do you have problems with T-mobile as well? I know a few regions in the south where the 3G signal is spotty at best. Another possible problem may be that you live very close to the German or Belgian border, thus confusing your phone and basically messing with roaming settings.

@Jan, were you able to connect to the network? Please let us know.

I had a problem once with roaming, that actually was in the Netherlands as well – I had to change the APN name which, I guess, my SIM set falsely. It was on Vodafone NL, though. Try to check if your settings are correct (long press on the "data enabled switch" in the settings to edit). It seems to be "internet", but do a google yourself to be sure, my Dutch isn't great.

I hope this helps and there's nothing worse wrong with your Device.
