If you try and update an app that is already installed in the Google Play Store, it will install just fine, but won't show up in the apps. Will only reappear (In the end of the list) after reboot.

Google Play is not officially supported.
If I have media player in home which says that HD videos are not supported, and hacker integrates coded in a wrong way to the system, and then video jitters, is the flaw in media player or the hacker who integrated it wrong? As there was also a way to integrate in a way which works.

And this forum cannot tell you nor support you how to setup it correctly for legal etc reasons. You need to find alternative forums for solving your Google Play problems.
