Keyboard and language support for turkish

My native language is Turkish. Does not have language support for turkish and keyboard. Turkish Alphapet special ç ğ ü ö ş ı

if there's anyone willing to help the turkish speaking folks with such a keyboard please, make a patch if you can. Thank you!

Which version are you using? There's already a Türkçe keyboard and spell-checker dictionary. If I can remember since 1.1.7.
