WAV plugin/decoder

Hi,
I tried to use gst-launch command to play a recording via another application but it complains that WAV decoder/plugin is missing. I wonder if anyone could figure out which app might install it. On one Jolla I have it working, on another I can't figure out which app to add. Both Jolla's are on the same version of Sailfish.

WAV should be supported by gstreamer-plugins-good. Maybe you're missing the 0.10 or 1.0 version?
nthn ( 2016-02-02 22:01:10 +0300 )editI created a case in Jolla Service and Support and did what I was instructed (executed a command which is to update the system once again) but unfortunately didn't help. The wav file plays fine in "Recorded" application, it also play on the other Jolla the same way how I am trying to play it on this one. Weird situations. The difference between Jolla's is that one (the one which works) was bought 1.5 years ago with Sailfish 1.0 and upgraded through the whole sequence. The other one (the one which doesn't manage to play it) is bought recently and came with Sailfish 2.0 ready. The update command though didn't help so I don't know what could anymore be :(
