email app Feature overview /tutorial/help file

Until now i never used the email app. And as i am not sure about its features (i only want to let it download mails, when wlan is available, don't delete any mails from the server, download only the last x mails/days etc.) i searched for one - and also for some major overview - maybe something like a tutorial or help file. But i couldn't find one.
Can anyone give me a hint? Would be great.
There are no such options.
There are 2 'settings' for the jolla-mail app, they are;
'Download images automatically'
'Default account for sending'
Major overview?, no need. What you see is what you get.
