Not sure I'll be able to explain. If this is not clear enough, don't hesitate to warn me.

I had to reach my ISP support which uses keys to identify you (support number + secret code). All thoses keys have to be pressed regarding a sequence driven by the ISP vocal robot:

  1. "Enter your support ID"
  2. "Enter your secret code"

This works well on SFOS in "normal" mode. But as soon as you activate the speaker, for by example putting the phone on a table, the keys are not recognized well enough by my ISP vocal robot. I've tested the problem few times. I didn't understand why it didn't work until I found that disabling the speaker makes the trick.

Ah, you mean the DTMF Touchtone frequencies are not recognized correctly by the remote party, when you enable the loudspeaker? Hmm... I never had this problem before when I had to navigate through a voice-menu yet. I will try later, if I can reproduce this with my ISP (UPC Cablecom) as a test. :)

Yes, that's it.

No problem here either. I almost always activate the speaker before going through such a menu, it never failed.
