Tablet refund doesn't list tax when order already completed

Hi all
I was among the 1000th first backers but sadly, I received the email with all the instructions regarding tablet refund like many others. So I started the process and on page two, all my Indiegogo contributions are correctly listed but that's not all I paid!
Indeed, I completed my tablet order on Jolla Shop on 1st Oct 2015, to which I added a mapbagrag case at that time (and which hasn't been sent yet either). So with the taxes, I paid $96.80 in addition to my original contributions, via paypal too.
So I haven't completed the process yet as I don't know how to get those extra $96.80 accounted. Moreover, there is no link whatsoever (to a contact or a FAQ page) on that contribution summary view...
Anyone has any clue?

Note: my order on Jolla Shop is still on hold so really no chance I get a tablet it seems.
Does the page say you get refunds? If the payback rounds say $0.00 then you'll get your tablet, if not then this is something Jolla support could maybe look into?
