[bug] Can't select daylight saving starting day in Calendar app when time change is done on 00:00

Alternative title: Calendar app doesn't allow to select a day not starting with 00:00.
On daylight saving starting day on some locations the time jumps from 23:59 to 01:00, and Calendar app doesn't allow to select these days with a simple tap. It also doesn't show these days in day view in the title. Screenshot: the title is empty.
To reproduce, you should select a time zone having daylight saving starting on 00:00, for example:
- Tehran, Iran - March 21st 2016, March 22st 2015, 2017
- Damascus, Syria - March 25th 2016
Then open Calendar app and try to select those certain days by single taps. You can't. The day before will be selected.
If you try to create an event on the day before (say March 20th), the app will add those events to the next day too (March 21st); i.e. the day will be repeated once on the next day.
