whatsapp messages disappear after registry rebuild !?

strange.. my Jolla said there's a app registry trouble, warehouse would not show icons, whatsapp would not start.. so I rebuilt the app registry. Now, whatsapp (android) works again, but all messages disappeared. (they are not important, but still it's strange that can happen).
had the same problem, now whatsapp don't schow medias like photos or videos(error message: not found on sd card). store and warehouse doesn't work anymore, i'm not able to activate developer mode, install apps or use the terminal as root. restoring app registry again and reboot phone doesn't solve the problem
