Cannot download MMS images

Whenever I receive an image via MMS and click on it, it remains in "Waiting" state for about 10 minutes and then displays a notification about problems with downloading the image.

I have triple-checked my provider's (otelo, DE) settings to be correct.

journalctl outputs the following every few seconds:

Mär 31 15:16:14 Jolla ofonod[732]: setting up data call
Mär 31 15:16:14 Jolla ofonod[732]: g_ril_reply_parse_data_call: Invalid type(protocol) specified:
Mär 31 15:16:14 Jolla ofonod[732]: no active context. disconnect
Mär 31 15:16:14 Jolla mms-engine[32572]: [mms-ofono-context] ERROR! Connection 262021309036523 failed: GDBus.Error:org.ofono.Error.Failed: Operation failed

I tried to change protocol setting to dual and IPv6, but it did not help. MMS Logger displays the same error message (last line). Sending an image via MMS also produces the same line.

I also tried to increase max message and image size to absurd values using Advanced MMS settings, but that did not help either.

Any ideas? Thanks a lot...

PS: I have read that one, but it is a different issue.

Have similar issues sometimes. It happened when I'm at home and connected to WIFI. I just switching off wifi and MMS message downloads without any problems. Probably it happens when you're connected to any wifi...

Since I could not find a way to fix this, I used MMS Logger to contact Jolla's MMS experts, as advised here. They replied very quickly and advised me to reset my MMS settings using the pulley menu entry. And, it did the trick :)

Actually, my provider's MMS configuration had changed in the meantime, but they missed to update the information on their website, so triple-checking the config did not really help in that case ;-)

Thanks to Jolla for the great support! :)
