Bluetooth Speaker: Volume low only on voicecalls

My BT speaker used to work very well, but suddenly voicecalls are very quiet, even if I put the volume on the Jolla to 100%. I can increase the volume at the speaker to hear something, but then my ears get blown away at switching back to music after the voicecall... Is there any solution to this, even on the command line?
