As You know the os is Sailfish and the Jolla phone may be the last one with Jolla logo on (based on speculation, see intex aquafish for example). As more and more device ports emerge, I would like if the store would be renamed to Sailfish store rather than Jolla store. It also could use the new logo in the icon.

If You haven't seen the new logo yet, check the Sailfish OS webpage.

Do You agree?

Is not an answer from me, but some thinking on the theme....
even if that would not be the last one from jolla, other phones are not from jolla. Structurally maybe it makes sense to have "sailfish store". But with this could be the name Jolla be forgotten in user head, and may have some indirect business impact.
With "jolla" instead, it may give a refresh for a lots of user. Lie, who is behind the os.... Like google do for android "google play"...
I would tell in fact, your question is a good question for strategy, or business strategy.

A quick peek inside store-client.desktop (2.0.0.17) reveals this among the entries;

Comment=Sailfish Store

if this is done, you have to be care about different hardware-systems. If Aquafish for example will use a Snapdragon212 with 4 ARM-Cortex-A7 cores, you won't be able to use NEON 128-bit in your code, as you can with Jolla1. You then will be limited to the lowest common abilities or invest more time and resources in building your apps for different devices...

According to the demo devices I've seen, the name will actually be switched to Sailfish Store at some point. Personally, I thinks it would be a very good switch to cover all the future devices.

And how would it works for the partner space apps? does i comes in other app stores controlled from partner space owner?

Those apps are not related to the app store naming, so a bit off topic. But I might not understand your comment on this?

@reviewjolla was from me just curiosity on how the whole apps strategy is thought...
a question on how it is classified? where are they to download? still from jolla harbour? or from the partner servers? Who give an eye on it?
At the end that are still apps, but not all may have access on it.

We could imagine that, it could be different stores, and depends on which device we have, or partner space,then it would be a market for it.
Currently Jolla has its own apps. Maybe they could make some more oriented on a professional business use possibility (free to use for example and support-paid). And have then their own "jolla store" separately from what you called sailfish-store. The trend currently, is making free apps for free use, with possibility to bound it to own professional solutions, or with professional maintenance service, or service rent with it own servers. Is a possible schema for further incoming cash... That is a little bit off topic at the first sight, but those thinking has an influence on strategy.
I still ask myself, why jolla could not make apps with a kind of service of own-server-renting.... they need cash...

Those are all interesting points, but I'm still wondering how they relate to the renaming of the app store. Having both "Jolla Store" and "Sailfish Store" makes no sense to me, if that's what you mean. I can't figure out the possible differentiating factor for those two. On the other parts you bring up, I guess they would be worth an own question (Sorry, I tend to try to stick on the topic, the question itself here)
