I am soon buying NFC tags, so i want to know before buying: Does Jolla phone have NFC support?

Of course it has. The Jolla The Other Half concept works by utilising NFC.

AFAIK, tho, the nfc reader is not made for other nfc's but just for the oth?

On jolla.com/jolla -> detailed specs its says: Extension interfaces for wireless NFC, power in/out and I2C data connectivity. So I would conclude, yes.
