Dear Sailfish developers! It would be nice if stopwatch would not only show the lap times but also the total times elapsed at these points. Greetings, broncheoli.

It already does, but it is only set to show total lap time data when device is in landscape mode.

As landscape mode is not a default setting for the device, a patch that allows rotation will display exactly what you're talking about.

IF you are feeling brave and this is something you actually would like to use, I've made a patch, it isn't perfect, but it does allow that extra data you mentioned to be displayed in portrait mode.

Requires patchmanager - patch: patch-show-lap-data It may be prudent to remove any other patches that affect stopwatch - untested at this point so YMMV. Also works in landscape mode.

Dear Markkyboy, thanks for answering, and sorry that I did not check for answers so long. Total Time is now (SOS 2.0.2)available by default in portrait mode. Is this your patch, that was included? Anyway Thanks for your answer and your great work. Greetings from Austria, broncheoli.

Thanks man. I just love playing about with files, very often I have little to no idea what I'm doing and I'm still very much a 'noob' when it comes to coding/Linux. I think the Stopwatch works well as it is, a quick turn of the deice and boom!, you have lap times with total elapsed time. Not much to improve upon here, well, not for me anyway, i have very little use for a stopwatch these days.

Well I think I should keep this feature request up because this feature is really important when taking the time for more than one athlet in one run. It is no use getting just the difference between the stop points. Maybe I will try the patchmanager with your great patch, hoping not to breake my device.

Still hoping that your code will make it into an official release of sailfish one day, greetings broncheoli.

Hi, my patch basically shows what is already shown in landscape, but in portrait. The operation and output of the app remains the same.
