I wanted to use my tablet today, but it does not want to wake up. Long press power button or start to recovery mode - nothing helps. After connecting to vary chargers nothing happens and back side seems a little bit warmed. Last charging took extremely long time. Propably the battery is dead? Any ideas or has anybody the same problem?

I had similar problems, following advice from https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/208189248-Jolla-Tablet-users-step-by-step-instructions helped without having to send the device anywhere.

I haven't had the same problem, my tablet can be a bit cranky to start from 0% but it's usually swift enough to wake up with a good charger not to keep me worried. Try leaving it in a strong good charger that worked well before for an hour and hope for the best! If it doesn't help, this sounds like it should be a warranty case since it's so new.

Go to https://jolla.zendesk.com/ and open a ticket!

I cracked the screen of my tablet after the first week of use. Jolla support was very swift to answer and help me with out of warranty service. I hope you too find the help you need and get your tablet back up and running soon!
