Alpha version of K-9 Mail on Aptoide Jolla store

The Jolla store on Aptoide ships with an alpha version of K-9 Mail: compare http://jolla.store.aptoide.com/app/market/com.fsck.k9/23090/19061307/K-9+Mail and the release info of https://github.com/k9mail/k-9/releases. At the moment when I am writing this, 5.010 is the stable version and 5.109 is the alpha that is in the store.

Moreover, the alpha version has fewer functionalities: for instance, full-text message search is explicitly disabled in the alpha version.

It's better to ask everything related to Aptoide store via their contact form or social media: http://www.aptoide.com/page/contact

Jolla doesn't maintain the apps on Aptoide and has no influence on release numbers. Unfortunately Aptoide sometimes offers quiet weird versions, including beta and alpha ones.

For open source software like K-9 Mail I recommend using https://f-droid.org (where you find K-9 v5.010).
