Update Problem 1.1.2.16

Hey there,
I just got a Jolla phone and it is/was at the Jolla Software 1.1.2.15 due to resetting to factory settings. When I tried to update to Version 1.1.2.16, the phone somehow blacked out and didn't restart. It went into a bootloop, which I could solve via the recovery mode. I was wondering if there are any common problems with this version or if I should just try the Update again? And do I have to update the phone step by step to get to the latest Software version?
yes, you will have to update several times to reach current version. with jolla backup you will be only able to backup contacts, gallery.. music, pics you ca move manually to sdcard dont forget to move backup file to sdcard too. i did saw a thread regarding manual backup recently. try to search for that
pawel ( 2016-06-03 08:36:45 +0300 )editthank you very much. I tried the Update again and it went without a glitch. thank god. but its skipping a few versions in between so it won't take as long as I thought. went from 1.1.2.16 to 1.1.7 something :) thanks for the advice about the manual backup.
