Does this behaviour change if you upgrade to 2.0.2.45?

@vattuvarg That update is not available on the Jolla C.

@vattuvarg The issue is still there as of 2.0.2.47

Are the disconnects random or is there a pattern?

@vattuvarg It's hard to say. If you can tell me of a way to gather some logs, I could help you by doing that.

hi, as many I can confirm lot of issue with mobile data (jolla c), here my report :

Phone gets 3g easily, but after a while (few hours), in the same location, it drops the data connection, voice and sms are still working fine. To get data back, open settings, switch fly mode on/off or change your mobile network from auto to specific and the 3g is back in few second.

I also noticed moving in a different location, 15km or more and the phone found 3g by himself, guess it's connecting to a new beacon.

Unconfirmed : some time, after receiving a phone call or a sms, 3g show up back, but not every time

btw I'm barely using data, just voice or wifi (private).

phone : jolla C, kernel : 2.0.4.13 fiskarsinjoki

Hi

Still have the issue with Orange carrier in France with 2.1.0.11. Is there any hope for a fix? This highly annoying to have to put the phone in flight mode each time we want mobile data back...

Thanks

Jolla C, 2.0.4.13 and the mobile data connection drops often. I'm using dual sims and I fix it with Settings > Mobile network under Mobile data changing the sim with Use SIM card. The behaviour was there with previous OS release as well.
