Alerts go awry when the phone is located in a different time zone

In my recent trip to Australia, I have to restart the phone (not restarted after the last OS upgrade) and all alerts goes crazy, there is a difference of eight hours between Madrid and Sydney:
- Alert settled before the restart, now fires with eight hours before,
- Alert settled after the restart fires correctly
- Now in Spain all alerts fires eight hours before
After restarting the phone, all alerts fires correctly.
