I tried to open browser, but after a while of loading stop and disappear from the screen. I can't open anything, that works with internet, like app store, do the same as browser. I can't make Jolla account, because it write, that "there was a problem". I dont know what should I do.

The main problem, that I cant log in to jolla. Bad password or username, but I typed good. Till I cant login, I cant do anything, like put developermode on, factory reset. Nothing.

there u can do btrfs balance (if you are out of free space) or full device reset

I tried it, nothing appear. If I press the volume up restart.
Before doing a factory reset, you must do a btrfs balancing. For that, in the recovery menu, you should select option 4) Shell and do a btrfs balance, but I'm not sure how to do that. I just found this unanswered question.
I think you should try the suggestions: delete some big files and try to activate the developer mode again.
Otherwise, @virgi26 can you give him the commands?

You have to do all yourself, because its not opensource.
A well known developer build an image for all jolla users, but he has to delete it.

Hi, I tried the hard way above, but it won't work. I writed to Jolla care, but they don't pay attention until August. I don't know what to do, can anyone help me?
I successfully replaced the jolla factory img. But now I'm stuck in the boot. --> The screen shows the Jolla logo. The LED lights white for 2 seconds then shuts off. The screen becomes black after a couple of seconds. The LED blinks red really fast once. The screen shows the Jolla logo for half a second and the LED lights up white at the same time. The screen becomes black. Repeat. I tried btrfs, factory reset in recovery. Thanks in advance.

if developer mode is not enabled, you can try to reset your device from settings app. If it does not work you can try hardreseting your device. https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204709607-Jolla-Phone-How-do-I-use-the-Recovery-Mode-
virgi26 ( 2016-07-17 14:22:41 +0300 )edit@GameM before these drastic mesures i hope you have tried: switching the phone off, removing the battery, waiting for a short while, putting battery back in, and restarting phone - thats the obvious first thing to do.
if that doesnt help i would suggest you try btrfs balancing as described here. if thats doesnt work or help, id first ask around for more help and then as a last resort go virgis26's way...

jolladiho ( 2016-07-17 18:08:24 +0300 )edit@jolladiho yes sounds like that, but when you're a newcomer, how do you find it easily? It's a shame that Jolla still does nothing about that for the "normal" users, like communicate, restore the scheduled balancing, or push empty updates...
