People app problems

1. People App Index bug from Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) system setting

The index list in People App shows all Mojibake / fail symbol so it cannot use for find any people and contact.

I suggest it should be can find from English Alphabet since Hong Kong people always use English Name for contact And can use back Nokia N9 ways to do the People.

Nokia N9 used CJKV strokes numbers for Chinese index, used English Alphabet for English index.

Or can auto capture the Chinese words from the contact to make the index.
