i purchased Jolla sailfish phone 2 days back. Nice experience of new jolla Sailfish phone. As this is my first jolla phone, i like it very much, the interface is buttery smooth and fast.

I would like to draw attention to developers for some bugs i found out:

  1. its back cover is getting overheated after some time of charge.
  2. the LED is not changing colors as in earlier jolla phones.
  3. their is some weird clicking/ticking sound when screen is switch off (after camera usage)

but over all its new experience and i like it.

@1: mine reads about 27 degrees (and according to sensor:hand, this might be accurate)

which charger do you use? 1A, 2A ?

No.2 is not a bug, and no.3 is a known issue which is being worked on at the moment. For no.1; do you receive any overheat warning notification?

I have no problems what you are describing (if the led one is a problem) but the ticking sound.

I was testing Galaxy on Fire 2 HD on the Jolla C and had it charging with a 2A Tablet charger. I expect the device to limit the current for charging according to the battery specs and not bother me with an overheating message. That's odd. It should be possible to have the phone CPU and GPU work at max while still charging and not take any damage.
