since i got my Jolla C yesterday i had some unexpected reboots. After some testing, i observed reboots when there was a slight impact on the phone or some shaking.

for example: Jolla C is lying on the table, lift up just the buttom edge ~0,5 cm, "drop" it This tiny impact shouldn't do anything to a phone with tight battery contacts, but mine is rebooting.

can someone confirm this?

in the meantime i'll try the Jolla1 paper trick :D

Mine survived 3cm drop.

WTF, again? Do Jolla and Intex use the same phone factory that just can't make the batteries fit?

Nokia and paper have a very long story.

this works for Jolla C too

i used 1 layer electrical tape to make the battery "longer" - pressing more against contacts
