[Suggestion] link cardav/caldav to mail account

To have a better workflow I'd like to see the possibility to link carddav/caldav accounts to an existing mail account for syncing purposes. I do not want cardav/caldav to sync on a schedule but only manually when I'm manually syncing my mails. Basically this means a behaviour like an exchange account, but without using this 'partly proprietary' method
