I'm installing Aurajoki on both the Jolla C and ny original Jolla phone. The Jolla C shows a nice new inage I haven't seen before and that looks like a river in the evening hours. The Jolla 1 shows the image with the rainbow that I think was used for Taalojärvi.

Funny. Meanwhile I can confirm @balta 's observation that the old rainbow shows up on the tablet, too.

While updating Jolla 1, I had the same old Taalojärvi image, but once the update was ready, the image changed to Aurajoki. The update got stuck twice, it never got to the end. Still, it was suddenly ready to be insalled. Eveything works well now.

It seems that the update metadata file (see in /home/nemo/.cache/store-client/os-info) is missing the cover link, and store-client thus fallbacks to the local cover image.

I'm on 2.0.3 and I'm getting the Espoonjoki cover image. Jolla Cs are shipping already with 2.0.2(.43), so the cover contained in the store-client package is the same as the one that would be downloaded if there were the link in the metadata.

That makes sense. My wife's J1 was still on 2.0.1.7 so I tried the path 2.0.1.7 -> 2.0.1.11 -> 2.0.2.48. It took two steps.

The results:

Throughout the installation (both steps), the Taalojärvi image was used. After the final reboot to Aurajoki, the image switched to the new one.

BTW this exercise also reminded me how much I am not keen on the new Sailfish logo icon and font ;-)
