If I lock (with button) Jolla just after the call when it displays "call ended" then when unlocking (with double tap), it will show phone app instead of lock screen. In that case, if I happen to tap three times, phone will start to call to someone straight away.

It's not a big, it's a feature, you can find in Changelog. Some people wanted to have the last used app on unlocking the phone. So in your case, the last used app is the phone, so when unlocking your Jolla, phone app will show up like expected. If you swipe down to close th app before locking it won't show up.
I don't think it's a feature because all other apps are open on the home screen and if I unlock the phone the first thing I see is lock screen. Same with phone app, if I lock the phone when phone app shows last calls then when unlocking, the phone unlocks to lock screen and on home screen is open phone app as I left it.
