[Bug] Automated Twitter synchronisation is broken [not relevant]

Since the update to latest 2.0.2.48 Aurajoki release the autmatic Twitter synchronisation does not work as expected.
How to reproduce
- First go to settings > accounts > Twitter and turn on the automated synchronisation feature
- Go to the events view and wait until the Twitter icon gets a circle so that it is in the process of updating your feeds
- Swipe directly to the homescreen if this loading icon appears and stay there for some seconds
- Result: Your twitter feeds won't get updated (You will see this if you actually have new feeds and your events view is missing them or the time of the last updated feeds shows they were updated/posted some hours ago even though you 'visited' the events view several times during this period)
Workaround and Expected behaviour
Stay on the events view until all your Twitter feeds got updated.
The expected behaviour is that the twitter feeds should be updated after initialising this automated synchronisation even if you are not 'staying' at the events view all the time while this ongoing updating process.
Works for me.
