How to add new contact to sailfish via android app? Viber, for exmaple, show error, when I try to do this. Contacts access for android apps is enable

No. The reason being android layer having insufficient/limited access authority in native jolla system.

It's not working for android apps. You have to add the contacts manually in the jolla address book.
