Can somebody upload all default ringtones of Jolla C or link to find them ?

I wish there were more notification sounds to download.

@Moo-Crumpus No they don't. @vattuvarg You can easily make your own accessible ringtones by creating custom ambience, including ringtones.

Isn't it have some license, and only owner of device can copy sounds from device and use for personal only and can't share?

You can't really license music under a software license. Creative Commons would be more likely, but they aren't listed in About product, so sharing Jolla's ringtones is technically illegal.
