how to transfer Applications to others mobile

i tried to share my applications to my friend but when i open my filemanager there was only two options( copy, delete) so how can i transfer my applications,games,etc......
does your friend have a Jolla-C/AquaFish too ? And which applications ? Sailfish or Android ?
