I'm trying to install Sygic Navigation on Jolla C. The installation through Aptoide didn't show any issue. Starting the app leads to a screen that says that it tries to to determine the country. There is no possibility to skip this screen and it seems that the searched information is never found. (I waited about one hour with GPS enabled and enough satellites) During this time top shows a nearly constant CPU usage of 20%.

Did someone else mange the installation of Sygic on Jolla C?

I tried the same on joll1 and it worked as expected. But for downloading it's required to have access to the playstore.

So I would expect that Sygic don't get access to GPS information on Jolla C.

Same here. I'm already in contact with Sygic support. Hope they provide a solution soon.

As for the usage of GPS data in android apps on the Jolla C have a look at this thread.

In principal GPS seems to work in Andoid-Apps on my device since komoot is running well and the same with waze. Only Sygic doesn't work.

BTW. After updating to Aurajoki there is no change.
