[BUG] Notifications turns on screen 2.0.2.48

While driving my car I noticed that when I lost connection to mobile data I got notification and screen goes on for a while and it was constant behaviour. I will add that phone was locked. I think it is not necessary as it consumes batter all time.

Looks like a duplicate. Except for me it went away after 2.0.2.45 -> 48.
