When the phone has weak wlan and celular signals it cannot deside witch one it connects.

I know this has been answered as is (this however is not the answer i'm looking for), and i apologize for my bad english
But this is not my issue, I have to explain.
So at my parretns house there is a weak Wlan signal, and the celular network signal strenght changes between rooms, so the issue is complex, when I move toward the wlan box the celular signal gets weak and the wlan signal gets stronger, and as i move more toward the wlan signal it reverces and suddenly the celular has more strenght than the wlan, altough the wlan signal does appear in the debug programs it doesn't register on the os.
This starts a prosedure where the OS starts to hop bedween 2 connections and the hop is so slow, that it bogs down all connections.
The real issue here is not that the phone cannot deside wether to use the wlan or celular it is the slownes of the switch...
I'm sorry if i cannot explain it more furder, but you have to trust me there is a bug in the programming somewhere, as android can cope in the very same situation. various phones can cope, only on SailFish this has been an issue since Jolla 1 (firts one) SF release to now Jolla C Latest SF release.
