Enabling/disabling supported notifications

Currently there is no way to define which (supported) notifications are shown in Notifications-screen. However, in some cases user might not want to see all notifications which Jolla currently supports. As an example, I don't myself have any use for notification about downloaded files and I would like to disable/suppress them. So it would be nice if users could be able to enable/disable notifications based on their personal needs/preferences.
Yup, I'd like to see them all disabled as well. That feature annoys me to no end.
