Hi, I try to import my backup form my original Jolla to my Jolla C from the SD card. But it always stuck at message. Does it's possible to skip this part? Or someone have a solution for me?

I had the same problem, I always got a message that the backup file had to be converted, and after the conversion it returned and told me it had to convert the backup file.
I renamed the backup and tried again, and everything worked.
