I did not find how to change camera aspect ratio to 16:9 - it was 5:4(?) by default...
Any idea?

Settings > Apps > Camera > Rear Camera
Detailed answer
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down to the very end of the settings menu and choose Apps.
Choose the Camera icon.
The setting you are looking for is found below the Rear camera header.
