Go to Settings -> Sounds and Feedback -> Ringtone -> Choose from music library Of course you need to have the new ringtone showing up in the music library first. Normally by copying it over to the music directory it should show up there.

In other words, same as on Jolla 1. With the same drawbacks. If, like me, you have a music library with thousands of tracks, populating the list will take about 5 minutes with no indication that something is going on. No "wait" message, no houglass, no spinning wheel, nothing. Just an empty list, making you wonder what the #@&§ has happened with all your files. When the list finally gets populated, it will be just a single long list with no structure. In my case it was a list with 5000+ items on it. Finding your ringtone may not be straightforward, because the list is sorted by sone arcane tag (I did not figure out which one), not by the file name. So if you have 5 files with ringtones, placed neatly in a folder called "Ringtones", your Jolla will insert them randomly in a long list among your other tracks and not even close together. Good luck finding them. You have been warned.
