Apps like jugnoo, airtel and many more (which require internet acess) are not workinng with data connection, apps can only access internet through wifi.

I had this issue a while back while using a messaging app called Palringo. Following a comment in TMO, (couldn't find it now, will update once I dig it out) I installed an android application called "control centre". It simply gives you toggle shortcuts for wlan, data, GPS, flashlight and the likes. Anyway, I toggled data connection from within that app and now android apps have started to see my data connection again. Any application that can be used to toggle or control settings in android could be used I suppose, I found a bunch of them in my search.

I was also facing same problem with hike and iReliance nstacare , The problem arised because of Uninstalling / Updating Here Maps , But when I Factory reset my phone those apps worked well , plz dont Uninstall/ Update Here Wego after factory reset.
So what is your solution? Factory reset? What will be the impact on the currently installed apps/others on doing a factory reset?

i found the answer. Download the android assistant app and turn on the data connection from the tools tab.
