In the past i accessed my NAS through CargoDock via WebDAV. This worked very fine in the past. After resetting my JollaC to factory settings i reinstalled CargoDock but i'm not able to access my NAS (Synology DS 216play) anymore. As far as I can remember myconfiguration settings were:

Name: DiskStation

Server: 192.xxx.xxx.xx: 5006

Path: /

Secure connection: SSL

Login: my name

Password: my pw

This error message appears: "The server did not respond" followed by" Not available " I try and try and try but I can not succeed. Any idea?

Same here, WebDav is absolutely necessary.

And in addition, urgently missing cifs/smb kernel support, to be able to access the filesystem natively. This used to work and was broken with Sailfish X. Still waiting for this basic functionality every other OS is capable of.

Recently, the missing/wrong build config for their kernel on Xperia X gained some attention at least, see https://together.jolla.com/question/182644/xperia-x-missing-nfs-support/

Short summary: Sailfish X was unintentionally shipped without any network filesystem support in the kernel from the beginning. Since my one year old bug report is now marked "tracked by Jolla", I have the strong hope we will get NFS support back with the next Sailfish X release :-)

NOTE: Sailfish X for XA2 isn't affected!

I am not sure if ssh-fs is considered a network filesystem, but hopefully it still works fine
