you can download many android-apps from Up to Down or you use APK Downloader to extract the apk-files from google-playstore

How to install Google apps and whatnot is already described. To my knowledge the Aqua Fish even ships with it. There is also information on this Jio thing. (The Aqua Fish does not support VoLTE at present)
